The Wine:
We call this Gamay Noir vivacious, exhibiting red fruits, savory herbs, cedar, and peppery spice. It was fermented in open-top bins and barrel-aged.

The Label:
This is our version of the “critter label.”  Like the movements of a jellyfish, Gamay Noir is impulsive. Drink it now, or not. Pair with exotic foods, or a fast-food burger. Gamay thrives on the whims of impulse.
